This is a little video of my quickly cooking the pheasant i had just cleaned it makes a lovely pie filling, potato topping, or sandwich filling
1 onion diced
2 slices of bacon
2 pheasant breasts
1 table spoon of duck fat or fat of your choice
simply fry until the meat is slightly golden :)
